Collection, Use and Classification of Information

In order to serve our customers better, we request certain personal information (name, age, interests, e-mail, etc.) and corporate information (machine serial number, facility location, etc.) through our website, B2B portals and registration forms. This information, collected on our servers, is used exclusively within OZD GRUP for:

• coordinating order, import, delivery and after-sales service processes;
• designing special promotions and seasonal campaigns tailored to customer profiles;
• customer "classification/segmentation" carried out to avoid sending unwanted e-mails that do not match your interests.

Information Sharing and Third Parties

OZD GRUP does not share the information collected through registration and membership forms with third parties without the knowledge of, or contrary to the instructions of, the customer/member concerned, except for legal obligations and global warranty/registration procedures carried out with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). It does not use this information for any commercial purpose outside its business, and does not sell it. Customer information may be disclosed to the relevant official authorities only where they request it under mandatory legal provisions.

User Profile and Data Control

All information a customer enters into our systems (the B2B or online spare parts ordering portal, where available) can be accessed and changed only by that customer. No one else can access or change this information without your consent.

1. Identity of the Data Controller

Pursuant to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by OZD GRUP MAKİNE YATIRIM TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ, as data controller, within the scope described below.

2. Personal Data Processed and Purposes of Processing

Your identity, contact, age, interest, financial and customer transaction data collected by us is processed in accordance with the conditions set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK for the following purposes:

• carrying out the import, sale and payment processes for new and used printing and packaging machines and spare parts;
• handling transactions under global warranty with international original manufacturers and keeping machine registration records;
• coordinating after-sales service, periodic maintenance and repair processes;
• sending special campaigns, promotions and newsletters tailored to customer profiles, and carrying out customer classification (segmentation);
• tailoring the services offered by our Company to your interests and past orders.

3. Transfer of Data

Your personal data may be transferred to legally authorised public institutions for the conduct of legal processes; to banks/financial institutions for payment and invoicing processes; and, for warranty and quality tracking (based on your explicit consent or on legal conditions), to the international original manufacturers whose distributor we are and to our authorised business partners (logistics, authorised sub-service providers).

4. Method of Collection and Legal Basis

Your personal data is collected through our website, service forms, contracts and sales representatives, on the legal bases of "the establishment or performance of a contract", "compliance with a legal obligation of the data controller" and "the legitimate interests of the data controller".

5. Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information about it, to learn whether it is used in line with its purpose, to know the parties to whom it has been transferred, to request its correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, and to request its deletion where the legal conditions are met.
