DAYUAN L1000 2-A DUAL-LANE 8-POINT BOX FORMING (BOXER) MACHINE The DAYUAN L1000/2-A is a dual-station automatic box forming (boxer) machine that operates two lanes simultaneously, producing the same box on both lanes at the same time. It takes pre-printed and die-cut cardboard from the feeder and conveys it to the forming mold via a transport chain, applying adhesive along the way. The adhesive position is adjustable, and the amount can be measured without stopping production. After gluing, the formed boxes are automatically counted and marked without interrupting production, then transferred to the collector. The machine processes 200–600 gsm cardboard and corrugated material up to 1.5 mm thick, reaches a maximum speed of 400 pieces per minute, operates on 380 V/50 Hz, and has a total power rating of 8 kW. It requires dry, clean compressed air at 0.6 MPa and occupies an area of approximately 4.0 × 1.4 m.
