DGM G 2400 AC AUTOMATIC CORRUGATED CARDBOARD BOX FOLDING & GLUING MACHINE The DGM G-FOLD 2400 AC (or Megafold 2400 AC) is a high-efficiency, fully automatic folder-gluer developed for the heavy-duty packaging industry and the production of large corrugated cardboard boxes. This model, which does not feature a pre-folding unit, has a specialized operating system capable of simultaneously feeding and seamlessly joining two separate sheets of cardboard to form a single oversized box (two-piece join), as well as processing standard large one-piece boxes.

- Two-Piece Joining Capability: It can successfully join and process both standard one-piece boxes and large carton designs consisting of two separate pieces.
- Box Type Compatibility: Suitable for folding and gluing straight-line, crash-lock bottom, and double-wall boxes without a pre-folding section.
- Independent Motorized Feeder: Includes an advanced feeding unit with an independent motor drive, capable of feeding two different carton pieces into the line simultaneously.
- Pneumatic Precision Alignment: Equipped with a pneumatic lateral squaring device that ensures the two fed pieces are joined with millimeter-level accuracy.
- Bottom Gluing Discs: Features two standard bottom gluing wheels/reservoirs, one on the left and one on the right.
- Dual Upper Gluing System: Features two separate electronically controlled glue spraying units operating in coordination in the upper section.
- Hot-Melt Glue Equipment: The first upper gluing system applies hot-melt adhesive using one gun.
- Cold Glue Equipment: The second upper system is a three-gun cold glue spraying unit that provides high-speed, permanent bonding.
- Broad Material and Flute Compatibility: Operates with high stability across a wide range of materials, from thick solid board to heavy-duty corrugated sheets used in industrial applications.
- Electrical Connected Load: For the AC model, the electrical connection capacity required from the factory's power infrastructure is 45 kW.
