- The DGM Folder Gluer Stitcher combination system completes both gluing and stitching (wire stapling) of corrugated boxes on a single production line.
- Depending on the model, the machine offers high mechanical operating speeds of up to 300 meters per minute.
- Its processing capacity accommodates wide-format corrugated sheets in widths such as 2400 mm, 2800 mm, and 3200 mm.
- The independently servo-driven feeder unit, equipped with powerful vacuum belts, ensures stable material feeding.
- The high-performance Italian Simca stitching head can reach speeds of up to 1,500 stitches (staples) per minute.
- The machine’s advanced, servo-controlled smart HMI touchscreen enables rapid setup simply by entering the box dimensions.
- Independent side guides and servo-driven creasing units ensure precise, error-free alignment of the sheets before folding.
- The dedicated Squaring unit perfectly aligns all corners from four directions before the boxes enter the stitching station, completely preventing skewing (fish-tailing).
- It can process a very wide range of materials, from E, C, B, and F flute types to 3-ply and 5-ply (BC, AB) double-wall heavy-duty corrugated board.
- A mechanical bottom cold-glue disc is included as standard, while multi-head electronic hot-melt systems can also be integrated as an option.
- The extended Folding & Closing section frame reduces tension in rigid corrugated board, ensuring flawless, straight-line folding quality.
- At the end of the production line, the integrated stacking unit automatically counts and groups the finished stitched boxes, preparing them for packaging.
