DGM T-FOLD STITCHER 3000 DUAL-FEED TWO-PIECE FOLDER-GLUER MACHINE The DGM T-Fold Stitcher 3000 is a high-speed folder-gluer (stitcher) that automatically aligns and joins two separate corrugated board sheets (dual-sheet joining) to form a single large box, using a servo-controlled stitching system. It can produce boxes up to 3000 mm wide from heavy-duty corrugated board (A, B, C, E, K, BC, EB, AB / 3–5 ply) and is designed for manufacturing large-format corrugated boxes. Thanks to its dual-feed unit, two pieces are fed simultaneously, precisely positioned by a fully automatic alignment system, and joined in the high-speed stitching module. The smart touchscreen control panel supports multiple languages and stores settings for multiple products, while its modular design simplifies maintenance and reduces downtime. The servo-controlled stitching head ensures stable operation, high speed, and precise stitch spacing, delivering consistent box strength.
