OYANG DOUBLE-LAYER PAPER FEEDING AND LAMINATING UNIT The OYANG Double-Layer Paper Feeding and Laminating Unit (Two Layer / Double Layer Function) is a specialized automation module integrated into the main body of fully automatic roll-fed paper bag machines. - Dual Unwind: At the line infeed, the system features two independently controlled roll unwinding stations equipped with hydraulic/pneumatic shafts.
- Single-Pass Synchronization: It aligns two separate paper webs on top of each other with micron-level precision before they enter the tube-forming unit, without causing speed variations or wrinkles.

- Dual-Web Photoelectric Tracking: It includes EPC edge guide control units that prevent lateral and longitudinal misalignment between the two paper layers, particularly when the outer layer is printed.
- Wide Basis-Weight Range: It can reliably combine roll papers ranging from the factory-specified standard of 30 GSM to 130 GSM, independently for the inner and outer layers.
- Modular Frame Integration: It can be added as a factory-installed optional equipment package to OYANG’s square-bottom machines (such as the B330/B450 series) or sharp V-bottom machines.
- Labor and Time Savings: It completes the durable bag production process—which would normally require two separate operations on external laminating or folding machines—in a single pass on one line.
