FOUR-COLOR INLINE FLEXOGRAPHIC PRINTING UNIT The OYANG / Allwell inline four-color flexographic printing unit is a high-speed, water-based, environmentally friendly inline printing module integrated into the infeed line of roll-fed, fully automatic paper bag machines. Kraft, coated, or greaseproof paper rolls are printed in four colors in a single pass before being formed into bags, then transferred directly to the folding unit with millimeter-accurate cutting synchronization, enabling waste-free production with no additional labor.

  • Integrated Production Flow: Installed between the paper bag machine’s unwind unit and tube-forming section, it completely eliminates the need for external printing, transfer, and rewinding operations.
  • Flexible 4-Color Printing Combinations: Depending on the arrangement of the flexographic plates, it offers the flexibility to print inline in 0+4, 1+3, or 2+2 two-sided color configurations.
  • High-Speed Synchronization: Fully synchronized with the main motor speed of the paper bag machine, it operates reliably at maximum inline printing speeds of 80 to 100 meters per minute (100 m/min).
  • Micron-Level Photoelectric Registration Accuracy: A multi-axis servo registration system continuously monitors the alignment between the printed image and the bag cutting/creasing blade, maintaining cutting accuracy within ±0.25 mm.
  • Eco-Friendly Ink Compatibility: Designed for clean, smudge-free operation with odorless, fast-drying water-based inks that are fully compliant with food and retail packaging standards.
  • Precision Ceramic Anilox Roller: Equipped with high-quality ceramic anilox rollers that ensure a completely uniform, thin, and even distribution of ink across the paper surface.
  • High-Speed Drying Tunnels: High-volume hot-air circulation drying tunnels positioned between the color stations and at the main outlet ensure that the ink dries instantly.
  • Wide Range of Material Weights: Supports a broad range of raw materials, from lightweight 30 GSM paper used for bakery packaging to heavy 120 GSM kraft rolls used for carrier bags.
  • Pneumatic Locking and Easy Adjustment: Pneumatic mechanisms that lock the printing cylinders with millimeter precision minimize operator setup time during job changeovers (make-ready).
  • Power Infrastructure Requirement: In addition to the total electrical load of the main paper bag machine on which it is installed, the 4-color inline flexographic module and integrated drying systems require an average connected load of approximately 25 kW to 35 kW.
