- The DGM MEGAFOLD 1450-AC is a high-performance, fully automatic folder-gluer developed for medium- and large-format industrial packaging lines.
- The "AC" designation in the model name confirms that the machine is manufactured without a Pre-folding unit.
- As it does not include a pre-folding unit, it is suitable for folding and gluing Straight-line, automatically locking Crash-lock bottom, and robust Double wall box designs.
- The maximum open blank processing width for this model in the series is exactly 1450 mm.
- The minimum open blank width it can process can be as low as 290–300 mm.
- It can reach a maximum production speed of 300 meters per minute.
- The inching (jog) speed used during setup and tooling adjustments is 20 meters per minute.
- It can process thick paperboard packaging materials with a maximum grammage of 1200 g/m².
